Delivery Details

What are delivery terms?

Once we receive an order with a purchase order or credit card details, it will be processed immediately. If received before 12:00 p.m. GMT Time Monday-Friday, the order is shipped within 24hrs via the shipment method you have chosen. If you have special requests, please contact us at JNI and we will respond to you shortly. Orders designated for priority delivery are subject to additional charges.
 

What is return policy?
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. Original packaging, and paperwork are required for all returns.

Please keep all original packaging materials to prevent damage to the items. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package.  Jack Nadel International reserves the right to inspect and/or reject any returned goods. Jack Nadel reserves the right  to charge a restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price.
